菲律宾蛤仔糖胺聚糖的免疫活性研究

摘要: 目的:研究菲律宾蛤仔糖胺聚糖CRG对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用正常小鼠与免疫抑制小鼠检测CRG对小鼠非特异免疫、细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响。结果:CRG可显著提高小鼠碳粒廓清指数、小鼠血清溶血素含量及抗全生成细胞数,增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力、脾淋巴细胞增殖作用及迟发型变态反应能力(p<0.05),对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能有一定恢复作用。结论:菲律宾蛤仔糖胺聚糖CRG可增强正常小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract: Objective: To study the immune activity of glycosaminoglycan from Ruditapes philippinarum (CRG). Methods: The CRG immune activity was observed with normal and immunosupressive mice. Results: CRG could increase the rate of carbon clearance, the serohemolysin level and the number of antibody - producing cells of normal mice; It also could enhance the phagocytic activity of mice peritoneal macrophages, the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and DTH(p<0.05). Conclusion: CRG can enhance the immune function of normal mice.
