葛仙米多糖体内抑瘤及对免疫的影响

Effect of Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz Polysaccharides on Tumor Inhibition and Immunity of Mice in vivo

摘要: 实验采用50、100、200mg/kgbw·d的葛仙米水溶性多糖对接种S180的昆明雌性小白鼠进行了10d的注射给药,并以20mg/kgbw·d环磷酰胺为对照,测定了瘤重、胸腺指数、脾淋巴细胞转化、细胞活性和迟发超敏反应(DTH)及体内抗氧化指标,以探讨葛仙米多糖的抑瘤效果和对肿瘤所致免疫力下降的作用。结果表明:葛仙米多糖显著抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长,且抑瘤率呈剂量效应,其高中低剂量抑瘤率分别为64.08%、38.24%和29.91%,对肿瘤所致小鼠细胞免疫力包括脾淋巴细胞转化、NK细胞活性、迟发型变态反应(DTH)下降有显著抑制作用,但是对小鼠血液和肝脏的氧化指标无显著影响。

Abstract: The bearing-S180 female mice were injected 50, 100, 200 mg/kg bw·d Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz polysaccharides for 10d, the contrast were injected Cy20 mg/kg bw·d. The tumor index, thymus index, the spleen lymphocyte transformation, the NK cell activity and delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH), anti-oxidative were determined, in order to inquire into the tumor inhibition and immunity effect of the Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz polysaccharides. Results showed that the Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz polysaccharides can remarkable inhibit the tumor that is related to the dose, the tumor inhibition rate of 50, 100, 200 mg/kg polysaccharides were 29.91%, 38.24%, 64.08%, while it can restrain the cellular immunity which is descended by tumor, but it had effect to mice anti-oxidative.
