Risk Assessment on Ammonium Perfluorooctanoate (APFO) in Food Packaging Materials

摘要:

本文从释放方式、迁移途径出发,建立全氟辛酸铵(APFO)的危害性评价模型,分析了APFO 危害性产生的途径,环境中的来源及与人类接触的途径,并结合已有危险化学物质危害评价方法,确定APFO 风险大小的确定方法;基于LC-MS-MS 检测,研究PTFE 中APFO 的迁移曲线,据此提出包装材料总APFO 的限量值为0.05mg/m2。

Abstract:

The model of risk assessment for APFO in packaging materials was established from its resources, releasing and migrating routes, and possible exposures. With common methods used in other dangerous chemicals and based on the determination of LC-MS-MS, the immigration curve of APFO was studied. According to related data, the limit for APFO in packaging materials is proposed as 0.05 mg/m2.
