摘要: 以山药、莲子、黑米、党参、薏苡仁、枸杞6味药食两用中药培养基的灰树花发酵,并运用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析对培养基进行优化。结果表明:枸杞、党参适合于作碳源,莲子适合于作氮源;以枸杞、莲子为基质的最佳发酵培养基为:枸杞质量浓度23.5g/L、莲子质量浓度4.3g/L、葡萄糖质量浓度28.8g/L,在此条件下,灰树花菌体生物量可达16.937g/L。
