摘要: 本文通过概述我国生乳国家标准的历史演变过程,整理分析我国1977—2010年生乳国家标准,从范围、定义、技术要求等几个方面进行比较,分析研究各指标变化情况,并比较我国生乳国家标准与世界上几个国家生乳标准之间的差异,为我国下一次生乳国家标准修订提供借鉴。

Abstract: This article provides an overview of the historical evolution of China’s national standard for raw milk. A comparison of the national standards issued from 1977 to 2010 is made with respect to scope of application, definition, technical requirements and other aspects. Furthermore, this article summarizes the national standards for raw milk of several other countries. It is expected that this review can provide valuable information for future revision of China’s national standard for raw milk.
