摘要: 牛磺酸是人体内广泛分布的非必需含硫氨基酸,主要通过饮食补充。牛磺酸可与胆汁酸形成牛磺酸结合型胆汁酸(taurine-conjugated bile acids,Tau-Bas),而Tau-Bas经肠道微生物修饰转化或释放牛磺酸。牛磺酸和Tau-Bas与肠道微生物相互作用,对生理和病理过程都有重要影响。本文以牛磺酸和肠道微生物为对象,探讨了肠道菌群概况、体内牛磺酸的来源与转化、牛磺酸与肠道菌群的相互作用,以及给予牛磺酸对肠道菌群稳态的重塑作用。旨在深入阐释牛磺酸与肠道菌群的关系,为开发与菌群失调相关疾病的预防和治疗措施提供科学依据。

Abstract: Taurine is a non-essential sulfur-containing amino acid that is widely distributed in the human body, primarily supplemented through the diet. Taurine can combine with bile acids to form taurine-conjugated bile acids (Tau-Bas), which can be dissociated to release taurine by the gut microbiota. The interaction between taurine/Tau-Bas and the gut microbiota significantly influences both physiological and pathological processes. This article provides an overview of the gut microbiota and the sources and transformation of taurine in the body, and focuses on the interaction between taurine and the gut microbiota and the effect of taurine supplementation on reshaping gut microbiota homeostasis. The aim is to provide a scientific basis for the development of preventive and therapeutic measures for diseases related to gut microbiota imbalance.
