3 种可溶性膳食纤维对大鼠血脂的影响

Effect of Soluble Dietary Fibers on Blood Lipids in Rats

摘要: 以SD 大鼠为实验动物,饲喂高脂饲料,同时灌胃可溶性的番茄膳食纤维(TS)、葡萄膳食纤维(GS)和燕麦β- 葡聚糖(βG),观察3 种可溶性膳食纤维对大鼠血脂水平的影响。结果发现,βG、TS 和GS 能显著抑制大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度上升(P < 0.05),与高脂模型对照组比较,其浓度平均水平分别下降了30.2% 和34.7%;但是3 种可溶性膳食纤维对大鼠的体质量、体脂百分率、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和动脉硬化指数AI 没有显著影响。TS 比βG 和GS 能更加有效抑制大鼠血清TG 浓度升高,βG 则比TS 和GS 能更好地抑制HDL-C 浓度降低,但与空白对照组比较,均未达到显著水平。

Abstract: Three kinds of soluble dietary fibers including tomato soluble dietary fiber (TS), grape soluble dietary fiber (GS) and oat β-glucan (βG) were fed to SD rats with high fat diet to explore the effects of these soluble fibers on blood lipids. The results indicated that β G, TS and GS could significantly inhibit the increase of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in rat serum (P < 0.05), compared with the model group. However, three kinds of soluble dietary fibers had no significant effect on body weight, body fat percentage, triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and atherogenic index (AI) of rats. Meanwhile, TS revealed stronger inhibition effect on the increase of TG than that of GS and βG. In contrast, βG exhibited stronger inhibition effect on the decrease of HDL-C.
