水产品中多氯联苯检测方法的研究

Study on Analytical Method for Trace Polychlorobiphenyls in Aquatic Products

摘要: 由于水产品本底基质复杂,干扰物质多,影响定性定量结果,因此通过对样品前处理方法的研究比较,建立水产品中十六种痕量多氯联苯的毛细管气相色谱检测方法。样品用正己烷提取,硫酸去除脂肪等杂质,硅胶柱和Florisil硅土柱净化,丙酮洗脱,浓缩后经气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测,外标法定量。平均回收率为71.0%~104.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.98%~6.86%,最低检测限为0.08~0.21μg/kg。

Abstract: Various pretreatment techniques were compared because of complex ground substance in aquatic products. Then a method was developed for the determination of residues of sixteen congeners trace polychlorinated biphenyls based on the selected pretreatment technique. Samples were extracted with n-hexane, defatted with sulfuric acid, purified by silica column, and determined by gas chromatography and electron capture detection with external standard method for quantitative analysis. Results showed that the recoveries of standard addition levels are 71.0%~104.9%, the relative standard deviations are all below 6.86%, and the limits of detection are 0.08~0.21 ng/g.
