摘要: 本文对目前国际上公认且具有良好发展空间的食品微生物检测技术和特点进行综述。包括:多聚酶链式反应PCR、实时定量PCR(real-timePCR)技术、酶联免疫法ELISA、PCR-ELISA技术、直接表面荧光滤膜计数技术、生物感应器biosensor、最近似数测定方法MPN以及Dipstick。
