一串红天然红色素的提取与表征

摘要: 本文通过大量试验,得出了由观赏花一串红中提取天然红色素的工艺过程;研究了影响色素提取率的各种因素,确定了提取天然红色素的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,提取的最佳工艺条件是:提取2次,每次浸提时间为1.0h,萃取剂中盐酸质量分数为2.5%,乙醇的体积分数为30%;原料与萃取剂总量比为1:5.5。

Abstract: In this paper, the technical process of natural red coloring matter extracted in admired flower through many experiments was proposed. Various factors of affecting yield of the coloring matter were studied and optimal technological conditions of the extraction were determined. The results indicated that optimal conditions were 2 times extraction, 1.0h every time, 2.5% of mass fraction for chlorhydric acid and 30% volume fraction for alcohol in extraction agent. The volume ratio of raw material and extraction liquid was 1:5.5.
