植物内生多粘类芽孢菌对油桃采后青霉病抑制效果的研究

摘要: 本实验以植物内生多粘类芽孢杆菌作为生防菌种,研究该菌对油桃青霉病的抑制效果。研究了对油桃表面不同消毒方法(酒精消毒、紫外线消毒、无菌水消毒)的效果,以及生防液和其不同处理液(生防菌液、无菌液、热处理液、离心上清液)对油桃采后青霉病的抑制效果。实验表明:酒精对油桃表面的消毒效果最好,紫外线消毒次之,无菌水较差;生防菌液的抑制效果最好,无菌液和离心上清液次之,热处理液有很微弱的抑制效果。

Abstract: Taking Paenibacillus polymyxa as the biological controls bacterium, the inhibition effects of Paenibacillus polymyxa on penicilliosis of nectarine after harvest were studied. The treatment of fruit surface disinfection was studied through different methods, and the inhibition effects of Paenibacillus polymyxa with penicilliosis nectarine after harvest were also investigated with differentt reated solutionss ucha st heb iologicalc ontrolsf luid,t hea sepsis solution,t heh eateds olutiona nd thec entrifugals upernate. The results showed that for the disinfection effects, the ethyl alcohol is the best, ultraviolet ray the next and the sterilized water the worst, whereas for the inhibition effects the biological controls solution is the best, the asepsis solution and the centrifugal supernate the next and the heat treatment fluid is very weak.
