摘要: 介绍了α-亚麻酸的保健作用,对亚麻、紫苏、杜仲三种资源的特点和提取利用α-亚麻酸的研究现状进行了综述,并对富含α-亚麻酸植物资源的开发与利用提出了建议。

Abstract: A brief introduction to α-linolenic acid was given in this paper. The extractions of α-linolenic acid in linseed, perilla, and ucommia were reviewed. The suggestion on the development of plant resources rich in α-linolenic acid was also given.
