摘要: 研究了放射形土壤杆菌发酵产胶过程中添加表面活性剂TritonX-100, Tween80等对发酵产胶的影响。30L发酵罐中添加0.1g/L TritonX可在86h得到产量28.5g/L,产品的粘度也较高。

Abstract: The effects of emulsifiers Tween 80, Tween 60, TritonX-100, sucrose ester, and SSL on Q9415 fermentation wereexamined respectively both in shake flask and in 30L bioreactor. The addition of Triton X 100 to 30L bioreactor produced28.5g/L exopolysaccharides at 86h and resulted with more viscosious product.
