摘要: 本文通过对羊软骨粘多糖的几种提取方法的比较,得出最佳的提取方法,并分析了其原因;然后将提取的粘多糖经二乙氨基乙基纤维素(DEAE-纤维素)进行初步分离。

Abstract: The object of this paper is to extract mucopolysaccharide from goat cartilage and separate the extraction byDiehlaminoethy so as to determine the optimal extraction and separation technology. In addition, the reason is analyzed in thispaper.
