摘要: 介绍了绿色储粮的定义、特征,文中讨论了我国现代粮食储藏中影响食品安全的主要问题, 并提出了保障食品安全的绿色储粮对策。

Abstract: In this paper, the concept and characteristic of green grain storage are introduced, major issues related to food safetyof the nation in modern grain storage are discussed. Finally, several green grain storage strategic suggestions on safeguarding thenational food safety are put forward.
