沙枣花挥发油的化学成分及其指纹图谱的研究

摘要: 应用GC/MS-计算机联用技术对沙枣花挥发油的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。共鉴定出17种化合物,占挥发油总量的89.27%。应用HPLC-DAD技术建立了沙枣花挥发油指纹图谱,以相对保留时间和相对峰面积为指标,确定了6个特征峰。

Abstract: Essential oils in flowers from Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were analyzed by GC-MS.17 compounds were separated andidendtifed from the essential oil.The relative percentage of the constituents accounted for 89.27%.The relative reten time andrelative peak area were selected as the assaying fingerprint chroma togram.Established by HPLC-DAD ,6 characteristic peaks were identified.
