摘要: 采用激光粒径分析仪研究了亚微米β-胡萝卜素乳状液的粒径分布及其稳定性。研究结果表明,亚微米β-胡萝卜素乳状液粒径细小且分布均匀,其粒径范围在0.0507~0.3393μm之间,平均粒径0.1420μm。亚微米β-胡萝卜素乳状液放置6个月,粒径大小与分布无显著性变化,说明其相当稳定。

Abstract:  The particle size, distribution and stability of submicron β-carotene emulsion were studied with the laser granularity analyzer. The results showed that the diameter of submicron β-carotene emulsion is minuteness and the distribution is very uniformity. The range of particle size is 0.0507μm to 0.3393μm and the average size is 0.1420μm. After the observation in 6 months, the remarkable change of the particle size and distribution of submicron β-carotene emulsion did not arise. It was quite stable.
