纤维素酶提取槐花芦丁的新工艺研究

摘要:  以开花初期的洋槐为原料,经恒温干燥,然后通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定了纤维素酶提取槐花芦丁的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,采用纤维素酶提取槐花芦丁效果较好,确定最佳工艺参数为酶解温度45℃、pH4.5、纤维素酶添加量0.03%、酶解时间2.0h、料液比1:55。

Abstract: Taking acer truncatum bunge leaves as the raw material,the best enzyme was screened from different enzymes for the Chlorogenic acid. The single factor tests,orthogonal test designs and variance analyses were applied to optimize manipulation parameters of enzymes extracting technology. The results showed that cellulase possessed the strongest effect to Chlorogenic acid among different enzymes,the optimum manipulation parameters were cellulase dosage 0.03%,pH value 4.5,material/solvent ratio 1:55,extracting time 2.0h at 50℃.
