野西瓜苗种子油理化性质和脂肪酸成分分析

摘要: 本文采用索氏提取法提取野西瓜苗种子油,并测定了野西瓜苗种子油的常见理化性质,同时采用GC-MS法分析了野西瓜苗种子油中脂肪酸成分。结果表明,野西瓜苗种子油的提取率为16%,折光率为1.4741,碘价为126.9gI/100g,酸价为6.73mg(KOH)/g,皂化价为185mg(KOH)/g。GC-MS分析共确定了10种脂肪酸,主要是亚油酸、棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸,其中亚油酸含量为63.61%,棕榈酸含量为16.72%,油酸含量为12.30%,硬脂酸含量为2.23%,不饱和脂肪酸总含量为79.11%。

Abstract: s:In this paper,Hibiscus trionum L. seed oil was extracted by soxhlet method and its common physical-chemical properties were studied,and its fatty acids composition were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The result showed that the extraction ratio is 16 %. The refractive index of the seed oil is 1.4741,the iodine value is 126.9gI/100g,the acid value is 6.72mg(KOH)/g,the saponification value is 185. 1mg(KOH)/g. The 10 fatty acids are identified in Hibiscus trionum L. seed oil,the main fatty acids are linoleic acid(63.61%),hexadecanoic acid(16.72%),oleic acid(12.30%),stearic acid(2.23%) and the total content of the unsaturated fatty acids is 79.11%.
