摘要: 对蜂蜜和蜂蜜蛋白中碳同位素的质谱分析方法进行了研究,包括制样装置的设计、样品的制备,以及方法的准确性和重视性试验。方法所用仪器是美国Finnigan质谱公司生产的,Finnigan/MAT251型同位素质谱计,它对二氧化碳的测量精度保持在0.005‰左右。试验表明,本方法是分析蜂蜜和蜂蜜蛋白的碳同位素比值的可靠方法,对蜂蜜样品重复测定的偏差为0.08‰;蜂蜜蛋白重复测定的偏差为0.14‰。

Abstract:  This paper discusses the mass spectrometry of carbon isotopes used in analysis of honey and its protein, including the design of devices, the preparation of samples and the test of the method’s accuracy and repetition. In the determination of carbon dioxide, the precision of this instrument is around 0. 005‰, when SIRA is used in determination of honey and honey protein samples, the diviations are 0. 08‰ and 0. 14‰ respectively. The results indicats that this method is reliable in the analysis of carbon isotope ratios in the honey and its protein.
