霜桑叶的食用价值的研究

摘要: 探讨和开发霜桑叶的食用价值。对霜桑叶进行营养成分分析。霜桑叶中的含氮量为3.3%~4.3%,粗蛋白的含量为21%~27%。多糖的含量为2.55%。脂含量为2.2%。维生素C含量65mg/100g。为开发丰富的桑叶资源提供理论依据。

Abstract: The edible values and nutritional components of Frost Mulberry Leaves were studied.The leaves contained 3.3%~4.3%N,21%~27%Protain,2.55%Polysaccharide,2.2%Fat and 65mg/100mg Vitamin C.The results might provide a scientific basis for the exploitation of the abundant resources of Mulberry Leaves.
