低聚乳果糖对断奶大鼠肠道发育的影响

摘要: 目的:研究低聚乳果糖(lactosucrose,LS)对断奶期SD大鼠肠道发育的影响。方法:选取24只SD大鼠,分为3个组:空白对照组、低聚乳果糖组、双歧杆菌粉组。记录0、7、14、21、28、35d的体质量及每周总采食量。35d后处死取样,准确称量大鼠脾脏质量,记录小肠长度,测定回肠中SOD活力、MDA含量,应用组织学方法对回肠的形态学指标及淋巴细胞数进行检测。结果:与空白对照组相比,低聚乳果糖显著增加大鼠7、28、35d的体质量生长率(P<0.05),分别增加了为10.4%、21.0%和55.8%;显著增加大鼠体质量、小肠长度与回肠中的淋巴细胞数(P<0.05),分别增加了18.9%、17.7%、77.9%;显著降低回肠中MDA的含量(P<0.05)。结论:低聚乳果糖能促进大鼠肠道发育。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of lactosucrose on intestinal development of weaned rats. Methods: Totally 24 weaned rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including normal group, lactosucrose group and Bifidobacterium group. The body weight of each rat at the 0, 7th, 14th, 21st and 35th day and total food consumption per week were recorded. The spleen weight and the length of small intestine, the contents of SOD and MDA, ileum morphology and lymphcytes in the ileum were measured after all rats were killed at the 35th day. Results: The body weight at the 7th, 28th and 35th day, the growth rate of body weight, the length of small intestine and lymphcytes in the ileum for rats treated with lactosucrose were significantly increased when compared with those of the rats from the normal control group (P<0.05), and ileum MDA content was significantly lower than that in the rats from the normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Lactosucrose can improve intestine development of weaned rats.
