山药多糖结构、生物活性及其机制研究进展

摘要: 山药是一种重要的药食同源植物,富含多糖、尿囊素、皂苷等多种活性成分,多糖作为其主要的活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂等功效,在保健食品和药品的开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。山药多糖的结构复杂,其单糖组成、分子量、糖苷及糖链结构对其生物活性具有很大的影响。因此,探究山药多糖的结构特性对揭示其生物活性机制具有重要意义。本文介绍了山药多糖的结构特性,阐述了山药多糖的生物学活性机制,同时探讨了山药多糖结构特性与其生物学活性之间的关系,以期为山药应用于保健食品、药品等领域提供理论支持。

Abstract: Yam is an important medicinal and food homologous plant, rich in polysaccharides, allantoin, saponins and other active ingredients, polysaccharide as its main active ingredient, with antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-tumor, immune regulation, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemia and other effects, has a broad application prospect in the development of health food and drugs. The structure of Yam polysaccharide is complex, its monosaccharide composition, molecular weight, glycoside and glycochain structure have great influence on its biological activity. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the structural characteristics of Yam polysaccharide to reveal its biological activity mechanism. In this paper, the structural characteristics and biological activety mechanism of Yam polysaccharide were introduced, and the relationship between their structural characteristics and biological activity was also discussed, in order to provide theoretical support for the application of Yam in other fields, such as health food, medicine.
