肠道菌群介导的不同饮食模式与HUA相关性研究

摘要: 高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)是一种由于尿酸生成与排泄失衡所导致的嘌呤代谢紊乱性疾病,严重时可导致痛风及肾功能损伤。目前我国的HUA/痛风的患病率逐年提升,且患病人群越来越年轻化。近年来研究表明HUA/痛风患者的肠道菌群与健康人相比存在失调现象,且不同饮食模式可介导肠道菌群影响尿酸水平的高低。本文详细阐述了HUA/痛风病人的肠道菌群特征以及肠道菌群对尿酸代谢的机制,为HUA/痛风的预防、提早诊断和辅助治疗奠定理论基础;同时总结了不同饮食模式对尿酸水平的影响相关研究进展,指导患者通过调整饮食模式有效预防并延缓HUA/痛风的发生。

Abstract: Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a disorder of purine metabolism caused by the imbalance of uric acid production and excretion, which can lead to gout and renal function damage in severe cases. At present, the prevalence of HUA/gout in China is increasing and the HUA/gout patients are younger and younger. In recent years, studies have shown that the intestinal flora of patients with HUA/gout is imbalance compared with that of healthy people, and different dietary patterns will affect the level of uric acid by adjusting the intestinal flora. This paper elaborated on the characteristics of intestinal flora of patients with HUA/gout, the effects of intestinal flora on uric acid metabolism, which laid a theoretical foundation for prevention, early diagnosis and auxiliary treatment of HUA/gout. This paper also summarizedand the impact of different dietary patterns on uric acid level, which guided patients to effectively prevent and delay the occurrence of HUA/gout by adjusting their diet patterns.
