Study on Developing Heathy Gum

Abstract: This gum was made of starch processed with some cavity healthy ingredents.The product tasted cooler,tasty and refreshing,and immediately chewy when put into the mouth.It was healthy to the cavity and opened a new way for starch product with highly added value.
