Assay Study on Monose Content in Honey by HPCE

Abstract: With rhanose as internal standard,derived by α-naphthylamine,the contents of glucose and fructose in five honey samples have been analyzed by HPCE.It showed that this method has achieved satisfactory separation electrogram and precision quantiative results.
