Abstract: As a new functional oil,conjugated l inoleic acid has gained considerabl e international attention because o f its several beneficialeffects suchas anticarc inogenic,body fatreducing,athero sclerosis decreasing etc.It’s molecular compostion,functionan d molecular biological study were sum marized in this paper.
