Study on Vacuum Sublimation & Freeye Concentration in the Down Stream Processing of Bioengineering Products

Abstract: This paper expoundedthe theoreticalbasis offreez -concentrationandv acuumsublimation -dry system,thecomponents ofsystemequipment,andthe technicaloperating process ondowndriftsideofbioengineering products,the factors of operation during diff erent processing stages and the character istics of the bioproducts.Fur thermore,it discussed about some factors affecting the operationtime andproductiv ity in the phase of bioproducts’ freezing -sub-limation -dry.Finally their adapta bility was pointed out.
