Abstract: The determination of the Mo contents in Soyean and Bean-product by using Z-8000 atomic absorption spectrometrywas described. The result obtained indicated that high amount of Mo were embodied in bean and bean-products. Mo wasreported the health function for longevity and intelligence development.
