Application and Progress of Chemometricsin Food Analysis

Abstract: In this paper,it was reviewed with 36 references that the application of chemometrics,such as multivariate calibration,pattern recognition and artificial neural network,food industry process analysis,food classification,adulteration,food sense analysis and the determination of food components and additives.In addition,the prospect and trends of chemometrics in food analysis were also discussed.
