Separation Study on Cis Trans Piceid and Cis Trans-resveratrol by HLPC

Abstract: Separation of cis,trans-piceid and cis,trans-resveratrol by High-performance Liquid Chromatography was studied.When mobile is ACN and water were used with gradient, cis,trans-piceid and cis,trans-resveratrol could be separated by HPLCeffectively in 25min.
