Effect after Introducing Bacillust huringiensis Gene on Nutritional Composition Changes in Cottonseed

Abstract: 本研究通过对转Bt毒蛋白棉花的各种营养成分、矿物质含量、氨基酸含量以及抗营养因子成分的检测与分析,评价Bt等外源基因对棉籽营养成分的影响,为转基因产品的安全评价提供依据。通过检测证明,转基因棉籽和非转基因棉籽在营养学方面具有实质等同性。
