Results: The LD50 of Mogrosides by i.g. to mice was large than 10000mg/kg .It was actual no toxicity. The Ames result of Mogrosides was also negative .The dogs were given (i.g.) Mogrosides 3.0g/kg for four weeks and the detection and examination results showed that there were no changes in dog’s blood constituents, liver function and kidneys. The dog’s blood and urine sugar level were normal.
