Study on Extraction Technology of Stilbene Glucoside from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb by Macroporous Resin

Abstract: In this paper, the technology of extraction and purification of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside from the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was studied. The stilbene glucoside were purified from the EtOH extract by macroporous resin Ⅱ. And 40% EtOH was the optimized elution solvent. The product concentration was 84.47% determined by HPLC, and the yield of the the stilbene glucoside was 75.12%.
