Abstract: With the development of animal husbandry, Tetracycline antibiotics (oxytetracycline, tetracycline and chlortetracyclin) have been widely used in feed industry as feed additives. It’s likely to be left as a residues in tissues, milk and other food products with resulting risk to consumer. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) procedure for the analysis of TCs residues was established in this paper. The experiments shown that the limit of quantification was 100ug/ml, good recoveries were observed from 50 to 300μg/kg, with values of 81.3%~122.4%and CV% were 2.7%~11.1%.The advantages of the method were found to be rapid, simple and repeatable.
