Research on Zhenjiang Vinegar’s Health and Medical Value

Abstract: This paper analyzes the nutrition component and micronutrient of Zhenjiang vinegar to show its health and medical function in details. And it also points out that: It has a bright future for it is beneficial for the whole country to do further research on and develop the potential function apart from its season function.
