Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides have been discovered from tissues and organisms representing virtually every kingdom and phylum, ranging from prokaryotes to humans. Generally antimicrobial peptides have the broad spectrum antibacterial activity, its antibacterial mechanism became the domestic and foreign research hot spot in recent years.
