Study for the Transformation by Antibiotic-resistant Plasmid about Xanthomonas campestris

Abstract: The effects of the different growth status, the different transformation liquid and other factors on the transformation rate of the recipient cell of Xanthomonas campestris was studied in this paper. By means of comparing all factors ,the best antibiotic- resistant plasmid transformation way was obtained.
