Abstract: Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the nosogenetic Vibrios and thermolabile hemolysin, thermostable direct hemolysin and thermostable related hemolysin are the main virulence factors in the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains. In this study, the primers recommended by the FDA 2004 Bacteriological Analytical Manual were used to detect the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains. The consequence is that there were no thermostable direct hemolysin gene and thermostable related hemolysin gene in the Vibrio parahaemolyticus environmental strains, and all of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains have the thermolabile hemolysin gene.
