Study on Antioxidation of Gymnemic Extract by Chemiluminescence

Abstract: This article measures the content of gymnemic acid and studies the scavenging ability on ROS of Gymnemic extract by chemiluminescence. The results showed that gymnemic extract can inhibit and clear the ROS such as O2·,·OH and H2O2 effectively, and the ability is related with the concentration of the gymnemic extract.
