Review on the Storage Stability of Biological Activity Substance in Royal Jelly

Abstract: The storage stability of biological activity substances in royal jelly and the effect that these biological activity substances to royal jelly character were summarized in this article. On the base,the probabilities that these biological activity substances acted as marker of the royal jelly’s freshness were discussed.
