Study on the Inspiration to Chinese Food Quality and Safety System by the Poultry Quality Certification System in France

Abstract: The France Poultry Quality Certification System was introduced. The red quality label certification was used to connect the upper producers (feed-processing plant, hatchery, chicken stock) and the lower producers (shambles and distributes), which composed one very comprehensive and efficiency circulation network. The poultry from the network were obviously distinct with the industrialized poultry. Because of the inner quality, food safety, environment safety and the product image, the difference between the red label products and the industrialization products was prominence. The red quality label certification system went on 35 years, and became a quite efficiency framework, constituted by the private and public departments. The above system was an important reference for our study on food quality and safety.
