Abstract: A method was set up for the simultaneous determination of several kinds of sulphonamides residues, which proved to be rapid and accurate. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned by n-hexane. Six sulphonamides residues, such as sulfanilamide, sulfadiazine, sulfamethazine, sulfameter, sulfachloropyridazize and sulfaquinoxaline in animal souce food could be determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography on a kromasil C18 column at 268 nm. Acetonitrile -0.02% H3PO4(V/V 28:72)was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The recovery is 80.9%～93.9%. The linear range is 2.08～38.0μg/ml(r=0.9921～0.9999).
