Abstract: A rapid testing method of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits was studied in this paper. Using acetylcholinesterase biosensor technology, taking apples and cucumbers as examples, the organophosphorus pesticide residues were determined with standard addition method. The results showed that the rate of recovery is 96.45%~100.12%, and the relative standard deviation is 2.76%~3.09%. Detection limit of malation and methylparathion are 4.80×10-11, 2.93 ×10-10 mol/L respectively.
