Problem Existing and Suggestions on Implementation and Establishment of HACCP System in China

Abstract: HACCP(hazard analysis and critical control point)system,which is science based and systematic,identifies specific hazards and measures for their control to ensure the safety of food.This article points out the problem existing in the fields of HACCP management,training,consultation,certification of the third parts,as well as in the food strain,such as in the food processing plant,transportation,marketing and consumption.Comments and suggestions have been given to the improvement of HACCP system in China.
