Abstract: The effects of GDG on clotlysis induced and its possible mechanism were investigated with GDG as a promoting fibrinolytic compounds injected in the tail vein of rats and pulmonary thrombotic model on rats established by marking fibrin with FITC. Fluorescence in various groups was assayed. It was found firstly that GDG has the effect of promoting fibrinolysis. It was speculated that GDG could enhance intrinsic activity of prourokinase as a plasminogen activator for FITC-labeling pulmonary thrombotic rats.

Key words: GDG, pulmonary thrombotic model, fluorescent material, fibrinolysis
