Abstract: Azocylotin and cyhexatin residues in apple juice is determined by gas chromatography and gas chromatography /mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted with hexane.The pesticides were derivatized at 50℃ for 15 min under supersonic wave with sodium tetra-ethylborate.the recovery range for adding 0.02 ～0.08 mg/kg was 80%～90%,with RSD 4.1%～8.9%.The method LOQ is 0.01 mg/kg.Mass spectral characteristics of derivatives of azocylotin and cyhexatin was interpreted.Mass spectral analysis was performed in the selected ion monitoring mode at m/z 233,315,203 and 287.
