Study on Structure Identification of Flavonoids in Vaccinium uliginosum L.

Abstract: Through a detailed analysis of color reaction and UV optical spectrum test of flavonoids,the flavonoids from Vaccinium uliginosum L.were primarily identified as flavonols,which had laid a foundation for the deep study of Vaccinium uliginosum L.in the field of food and medicine.
