Abstract: 22 Phospholipase-producing strains were isolated from soil near Tangguantun oil mill in Jinghai by the method of egg yolk plate.Among of them, one strain which produced the highest phospholipase was obtained through re-screening.It was identified as Bacillus cereus according to its shape and physiological characteristics. The results showed that its optimum growth temperature and phospholipase-producing temperature are both 30 ℃ and its optimum growth pH value and phospholipase producing pH value are 8.0 and 7.0 respectively. It can not tolerate osmotic pressure, but can tolerate high temperature. Its optimum reaction temperature and time are 50 ℃ and 20min,resperctively.
