Research Progress of Rapid Determination Technologies of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: In this paper,the application and development of the rapid detection technologies on the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were introduced,including detection in living body,rapid chemical detection,enzyme-controling detection,chromatography and immune technologies,marking method with nanogold,surface plasmon resonance(SPR) technology and infrared spectroscopy(IR) technology.
